Zendure A6PD: A Powerhouse of a Portable Power Bank
Picture it. It’s 3:00 PM at your favorite theme park. It’s scorching hot, it looks like rain will be there any minute, your 5 year old has a tummy ache and a cranky disposition, and your husband is late showing up to your meeting spot with your other kid. You’re beyond frustrated already, but when you grab your cell phone to call your husband and realize the battery has died…things take a turn.
We’ve all been there, right? Reaching for a phone that’s died at the most inopportune time? The last time it happened to me, I swore it was the last time I would ever be caught out by a dead battery, so I started carrying a backup charger wherever I go. I’ve tried more than my fair share of them, and I’m especially impressed by the Zendure A6PD portable charger.
The Zendure A6PD isn’t just a basic handheld backup charger – it’s a power bank that can charge almost everything. Since it’s a bank, the size is a bit larger and it weighs a bit more than a small handheld backup, but it’s still totally portable. I’m happy to carry it in my backpack when I know I’m going to be away from the house, hotel, or car all day, especially when I’m on vacation and using my phone to take photos nonstop. It’s also the perfect accessory for those days when you’re stuck in an airport waiting for a delayed flight. (And when you get on that flight, you can still use the charger: it complies with FAA regulations for batteries.)
The Zendure A6PD power bank offers high-capacity, high-speed charging for a variety of devices, including the 13” MacBook Pro, Nintendo Switch, iPhones, most Android phones, tablets, laptops, and more. Just how powerful is it? You can charge an iPhone 8 Plus up to 50% in just 30 minutes, and you can do that over 5 times on a single power bank charge.
This power bank comes in silver or black color options. It’s 6.3” x 3” x 0.8” and weighs 13 oz. For reference, my iPhone XS Max weighs 7.34 oz., so the Zendure packs a whole lot of power into something pretty small. The battery cells maintain up to 95% of their charge after 6 months in standby (it makes me so happy when something I haven’t used in a long time still has a charge!), and the ZEN+ smart charging technology automatically determines your device’s needs so that it can fine tune the output and charge the device at optimum speed. It also features protection against short circuits, power surges, overheating, and overcharging.
I’ve been thrilled with my Zendure A6PD portable power bank (we used it every single day of our recent vacation out west – it’s perfect for a day hike). If you’re looking for a backup charger for your devices, I definitely recommend this one. To learn more about this and other Zendure products, visit Zendure.com.
