The Easiest Way to Treat Frequent Heartburn + iBotta Offer
Troubled by frequent heartburn? I’m partnering with Mirum on this sponsored post to introduce you to a product that makes relieving heartburn easier than ever. All opinions are my own.
While I tend to follow a healthy diet, I do have certain indulgences that I’m not willing to give up. Pizza is permanent part of my life, for example, and if I come across an interesting brewery, I’m always going to stop in. Now that summer is here, there are endless opportunities for such delicious fun, but the resultant frequent heartburn is far less amusing.
Isn’t heartburn just the worst? That uncomfortable (and sometimes downright painful) burning feeling that occurs after eating certain foods can really slow you down, if not ruin your whole day. And sleep? Forget about it. The minute you lie down, your symptoms are at their worst. This is a problem I’ve been dealing with ever since having children, and it’s spoiled more than one happy occasion.
I’ve had some luck with medications, but I’ve recently starting using one that is not only effective, it’s also more convenient: Omeprazole Orally Disintegrating Tablet (also referred to as ODT). Like with regular Omeprazole, you get 24-hour heartburn relief but in a form that is easy to take anytime, anywhere. No water? No problem. Rite Aid Omeprazole ODT will dissolve on your tongue so you don’t have to worry about swallowing anything.
These strawberry-flavored tablets melt in your mouth, making them the perfect choice for people who are on the go or simply don’t like swallowing pills. Keep them in your purse, laptop bag, or backpack, and you’ll never accidentally miss a dose again. The long-lasting heartburn protection that Omeprazole ODT provides is helping me regain control of my life, no matter where my busy schedule takes me. Now I can focus on enjoying time with family and friends instead of on my pain.
Where can you find Omeprazole ODT? We use the one from Rite Aid. It works just as well as the national brands, but since it’s a store brand, it’s a better value. Right now, there’s an iBotta offer that can save you even more: $5 off 42-count Rite Aid Omeprazole ODT. It’s the perfect time to give it a try and see how easy it is to free yourself of the burden of heartburn!
Use as directed for 14 days to treat frequent heartburn (occurring 2 or more days a week). May take 1-4 days for full effect. Not intended for immediate relief.

Both my daughter and I take some form of this. Life is very painful without it!
I, thankfully do not get heartburn very often and do not take medication for it. I stay far away from red sauces which seems to be the culprit for me. Of course I do indulge in pizza once in a while–but that does not seem to bother me as much. If I ever end up getting heartburn 2 or 3 days a week I will surely try this out!
I had bad heartburn through both of my pregnancies. It is such an uncomfortable feeling to have!
