Star Wars & Pringles The Force for Fun Giveaway!

Pringles has teamed up with the geniuses at the Star Wars franchise to present a video competition called “The Force For Fun.”   More than one thousand fans came up with amazingly creative videos that combine a very special movie (Star Wars) with a very special snack (Pringles).  You can view all the videos over on the Pringles YouTube channel.  Seven of them have been selected as finalists to compete for a big cash prize and a chance to be featured as a national advertisement.

You really have to love Pringles. They’re salty, flavorful crunchy chips of goodness, and I still think of the slogan from when I was a kid… “once you pop, you can’t stop!” It’s just so true. They’re perfect for summer because they travel well, in their resealable cans. Take them to the beach, on a picnic, on road trips… take them everywhere and the Force will be with you. Well, maybe not, but it sounded good at the time.

My favorite flavors are the original (maybe boring, but I prefer to think of it as “classic”) and the BBQ. And for those of you who want to boost your grain intake, there are whole grain flavors… there are also reduced fat, lower sodium, and fat free versions, so really Pringles has something for every chip lover out there! So, as if chips aren’t enough of an incentive… check this out! There are all different flash drive characters, and they come with neat things loaded like wallpapers and screensavers. My favorite character is R2D2… who is yours?
