Springtime Fun at Killington – Giveaway!
This post is brought to you by Killington Resort.
Happy first day of Spring! It’s gradually getting a bit warmer, but it’s still pretty chilly where I live, and even colder in other parts of the country.
If you’re like me, you’re getting cabin fever and are ready to get the family back outside. To that end, I have a suggestion: don’t wait for t-shirt weather! There are plenty of outdoor family activities for the colder months, including all the fun things you can do at Killington Resort in Vermont.
Killington Resort is a year-round destination in the heart of the Green Mountains. It has 70 miles of snow sports terrain and a huge lift network and snowmaking system. And after the weather starts to warm up and the snow begins to melt, you can enjoy an 18-hole championship golf course and dozens of miles of hiking and biking trails.
This winter brought extra snowfall to areas across the country, and Killington was no exception. With the extra snow, they currently have more lifts and snow sports than any other resort in New England. If you like to ski or snowboard, this is your place! And even if your approach to fun in the snow is a little more laid back, you can still enjoy yourself at Killington – they have a multi-lane tubing park, Saturday sleigh rides, and snowshoeing! Kids can even take part in scavenger hunts, educational adventures, and ski competitions.
Killington has activities for any age group and activity level, so there’s something for everyone in the family. After a long day of outdoor fun, you can relax and enjoy a dinner or drinks at one of the many dining facilities, with everything from family-friendly cafes to intimate, upscale restaurants. And if you wake up a little tired from all the fun you had the day before, Killington has a full-service spa where you can relax and settle in for a day of pampering.
Snow continues to fall in the Northeast, so you still have several weeks to go have a little snowy fun with the family! To learn more about what Killington has to offer, check out their activities and event listings. You can also book special discounts through Killington’s deals website.
If Killington sounds like the place for you, guess what! We’re giving away a family four-pack of lift tickets (valid through May 31) to one lucky Game on Mom reader! For a chance to win, just enter the contest below. Open to US residents who are 18 and older. Ends 3/25/14. Good luck!

I would most enjoy spring skiing at Killington!
We would take the kids tubing and skiing during the day and a sleigh ride at night. I’ve never been to Killington although I live in northern New Hampshire I been to all the ski areas around here it would be nice to go somewhere different.
Snowboarding is my family’s favorite
Our family would especially enjoy snowshoeing if there is still snow; or mountain biking at Killington in the spring. Thank you!!!
