SAFEGO: A Portable Lock Box to Keeps Your Valuables Safe While You’re Out Enjoying Life

You’re sitting by a public pool somewhere, enjoying the weather on your vacation or other nice day.  You’d like to get up and go for a dip, but you’re hesitant to leave your belongings unattended.  Maybe you try to hide them, maybe you wait until someone you know can watch them, or maybe you just skip the idea all together.  Whichever option you go with, you know that not one of them is ideal.  I’ve had this feeling countless times at resorts, water parks, regular parks, and other public places, and that’s why I’m so excited to have a better option now.

SAFEGO is a travel safe designed to keep your stuff secure even when you’re not giving it 100% of your attention.  It’s light and portable, but thanks to the the impact-resistant, heavy-duty ABS, it’s also strong and durable–not to mention splash-resistant.

Great for both indoor and outdoor use, SAFEGO opens with either a custom, 3-digit combination, or you can use one of the 2 keys that are included.  The 17-inch steel cable is strong, but it’s flexibility makes it easy to attach to any fixed object, like a beach chair, picnic table, fence post, desk leg, bed post, stroller, etc.  You can hook this safe onto almost anything you can think of.

I packed it full of what I consider the essentials:  sunglasses, phone, wallet, keys, watch, and earbuds.  I could easily have added my separate MP3 player too if I’d wanted.  Everything fits nicely into the SAFEGO, and I haven’t needed to waste time getting the contents perfectly arranged.

All of this is enough to fall in love with this portable safe, but SAFEGO has a fun bonus feature that really puts it over the top.

There’s an earphone opening!  Use this opening in the lid to listen to your music while still keeping your belongings protected from the elements and other humans.  I listen to music when ever I can get away with it, so I think this is just fabulous.  You can also use the opening for charging your phone.  So convenient, right?

The SAFEGO is just what I’ve been looking for, and I know I’ll get a lot of use out of it when I’m traveling.  When I’m not hopping around the world, this will come in handy on the many days I’ll be spending with my kids at various parks this summer.  It will be so nice to strap this to a bench and not have to watch my valuables so closely.  That extra attention will go to my kids now, and I’ll even be able to relax and play with them more!
