RewardTag Review & Giveaway
Have you ever reached into your purse to grab your phone and realized it wasn’t in there? Ever left something important on an airplane? It’s a terrible feeling to misplace something valuable, as I’m sure you’re aware. We’ve all lost something we wish we hadn’t, but what if there were an easy way for the people who find those lost items to return them to you? Ahh…that’s exactly what RewardTag is for!
It’s all very simple. You affix a RewardTag, which is just a small label, onto your valuables. If they get lost and then found by someone, that someone can go to RewardTag.com where arrangements can be made to get your lost items back to you. The finder (yes, that makes you the loser) is encouraged to complete the transaction by your warm (or possibly desperate), personal message and a reward offer. (Kharma points for not accepting the reward!)
As I mentioned, it’s just a small tag that will fit almost anywhere. You can see below how nicely it works with my super fancy phone (AKA, my best friend). I’ve also slapped one onto my Kindle, my laptop, and my camera because those are all things I often carry around with me and am always paranoid about losing. I also love that RewardTags come in a keychain version. Losing our keys is one of my husband’s favorite pastimes, so we really needed one of those.
RewardTags aren’t limited to your keys and expensive electronics either; you can stick one on anything that you don’t want to lose. Put one on your passport, your favorite reusable water bottle, or your precious Chi flat iron. I’m thinking of sticking one on each of my kid’s foreheads. I wonder how these would hold up during a bath.
RewardTag is like a virtual lost and found that makes returning someone’s lost items simple and maybe even rewarding. Let’s hope none of your prized possessions ever get lost, but if they do, won’t you feel better having this service in place? You can purchase tags of your own at RewardTag.com. Catch them over on Facebook too.
RewardTag is giving one very lucky Game On Mom reader a set of 10 RewardTags and 4 RewardTag keychains (RV $29.99). Giveaway is open to US residents who are 18 and older. Ends 6/30/2013. Good luck!
