Put Your Creativity on Display with the DohVinci Spotlight Spin Studio + Giveaway
Hasbro provided complimentary product for review purposes. All opinions are my own.
If you are searching for a gift for child this Christmas, look no further! The DohVinci Spotlight Spin Studio, from the makers of Play-Doh, is an excellent gift that helps children use their imagination to create colorful masterpieces with little to no mess. The Spin Studio comes with five projects, cardboard attachments, six deco pop colors, a styler, & an instruction guide to help inspire your child. The Spin Styler is motorized and requires 3 AA batteries to operate. It also has different modes to create lighting that will make your child’s design dazzle and pop!
The Spin Studio is very simple to operate, and the styler is easy for little hands to squeeze. The box states for ages 6+, and I definitely agree. My daughter is 7, and I like the idea of how the styler will help strengthen her hand muscles while doing this activity. The deco pop colors are so bright and the doh is super soft and mold-able. Two of the tubes consist of blended colors that really will make the art pop! The Spin Studio comes with various templates and ideas, but this project really allows a child to create with the designs or create their own one of a kind masterpiece. Getting started is easy: place a flat or 3D project on the spinning platform or go freestyle; just get styling! Once your design is complete, try out the four colorful and flashing light styles to create a lightshow that will really make your masterpiece shine!
Overall this toy is packaged well in a brightly colored box; it doesn’t even need to wrapped when gifting! The concept is absolutely wonderful because it truly inspires artistic creations while allowing a young child to create 3-d projects with little to no mess. The doh can be picked up easily just like play dough and removed easily from more difficult areas once it is completely dry.
