New Honey Bunches of Oats Morning Energy Review & Giveaway
I….am not a morning person. That’s putting it lightly, really. Left to my own devices, I don’t really hit my stride until (very) late morning or lunchtime. That said, eating the right breakfast definitely helps me out.
In the past, the “right breakfast” for me included caffeine of some variety 100% of the time. I’ve been trying to cut down on my caffeine intake this year, so I have to work harder to make sure I’m eating the best foods to help energize me for the day ahead.

The flavor takes me back to the good ol’ days when I could eat sugary cereals without guilt, but I know I’m eating healthy with my Honey Bunches of Oats. I usually have a couple cups of tea and a quick breakfast.
I usually splash my face with cold water to get going in the morning.
I get myself going with lots of coffee. Thank you.
I can’t do anything until I have that first cup of coffee in the morning!
I jump right in the shower.
Juice and pomegranate seeds and greek yogurt.
I start out with a refreshing shower and then have a few cups of hot tea and breakfast.
Usually I need coffee right away, and some yogurt or protein shake after that to get me completely ready to roll.
I ave to have my coffee and some yoga!

I really don’t have a choice. I have 5 dogs & 17 cats right now(I do rescue)& soon as the sun comes up they are ready for breakfast!! The 1st thing I do after feeding is turn on my computer.
First thing is a cup of strong coffee,and then a little breakfast.
I GET MYSELF GOING IN THE MORNING BY FIRST, STRETCHING, READING A FEW CHAPTERS OF A BOOK IN THE MORNING (ON WEEKENDS), I MAKE A FRUIT SMOOTHIE, WALK MY CAT, THEN DO A LITE WORKOUT W/ MY FIANCE, THEN MAKE BREAKFAST. THEN GO TO WORK.

I use to be a morning person, got up at 5:30 every day. Now that I’m not working I can not get up very early, sometimes I sleep until 11:00. But on my defense my health is not good and that’s why I had to stop working,

I need a few cups of coffee with French vanilla flavoring.
