New Gluten-Free Snacks, a Breakfast Sweet Potato Nachos Recipe, & Huge Van’s Giveaway!
May is Celiac Awareness Month, and in its honor, we’re partnering with Van’s to bring you an awesome giveaway, a yummy recipe, and some info about new snacks that are perfect with people who have a gluten sensitivity.
Van’s Soft-Baked Whole Grain Granola Clusters are both nutritious and delicious in Double Chocolate and Banana Nut flavors. They’re gluten-free, made with whole grain oats, and offer 12-14 grams of whole grains per serving–without any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. They’ve also introduced two new bars: Chocolate Gramwich and Banana Bread. The Chocolate Gramwich is made with real chocolate sandwiched between two whole-grain, graham-style bars, and the Banana Bread Bars blend banana flavor with gluten-free oats and flaxseed to create a tasty version of banana bread that’s wholesome enough to enjoy as part of breakfast. Each of these new Van’s snacks are great on-the-go and sure to satisfy kids of all ages.
Granola makes a great snack all by itself, but it’s easy to get creative with it too. For a really fun way to use Van’s Soft-Baked Whole Grain Granola Clusters, check out their recipe for Breakfast Sweet Potato Nachos. Tell me it doesn’t look amazing! Now I can have nachos for breakfast and feel okay about it.
