New Fingerlings UNTAMED Raptors + Giveaway

Happy Ferocious Friday!  Wondering what’s so ferocious about it?  Today is the day that Fingerlings is unleashing their brand new UNTAMED Raptors in the US.

YES, we’re talking dinosaurs!  Instead of being silly and cute like the monkeys, unicorns, and sloths we’ve all grown to love, the four newest Fingerlings are a fierce kind of fun.  Their names are Stealth, Blaze, Fury, and Razor, and each one has his own unique personality.  WowWee sent us a complimentary Blaze to try out, and his temper is just as hot as his name implies.

Wrap one around your finger, and he’ll hold on tight with his gripping claws.  Just like the other Fingerlings, the Raptors have over 40 different sounds and interactions, and they’re ready to play right out of the box.  Interact with one and he’ll respond by roaring, hissing, and growling.  If you’re not careful, he might even chomp you.

Don’t fear–the Raptors have a soft side too.  Learn how to tame one, and you’ll be rewarded with nuzzles and purrs.  You won’t get any kisses out of these guys though, but you might get an occasional sneeze if you try.  Kids who are familiar with other Fingerlings toys are going to be curious if these guys belch and toot like the others.  (You know it was the first thing my own kids tried to figure out.)  If that’s something your little ones find entertaining, they won’t be disappointed.

Dinosaurs are always a popular theme with both little boys and girls, so I think the new UNTAMED line of Fingerlings Raptors will be a big hit.  It’s always so much fun to discover how a Fingerlings friend will respond to your actions, and this new version puts an exciting twist on things.  The Fingerlings Raptors are a bit unpredictable, but even when they’re being ferocious, they’re still pretty cute!
