National Scrabble Day: Two-Letter Words to Help You Win
Scrabble was invented in 1933 by Alfred Mosher Butts, who was born on April 13, 1899. Each year, we commemorate the occasion by observing National Scrabble Day! Since it’s inception, it’s undergone a few name changes and modifications to it’s rules, but it’s grown to be a beloved family game that most certainly deserves it’s spot in the National Toy Hall of Fame.
Scrabble has always been one of my favorite games, but I’ve only recently discovered the value of two-letter words. You can always resort to two-letter words when you have some extra tiles to use up, but they can do so much more useful than that. By putting two-letter words parallel to other words on the board, you can seriously boost your score. I especially like “qi”–it’s perfect for when you get saddled with the q but don’t have a u, plus it’s worth 11 points.
To help you incorporate two-letter words into your Scrabble game strategy, I’ve got a list here for you to reference:

LOVE TO WIN
Scrabble has been my favorite game since middle school. Sadly, I sometimes have to let other people win in my family on occasion because they won’t play me if I win too many times in a row LOL I’m pretty amazing at squeeze playing and I can drop a 7 letter word like no one’s business!! Haha!
My husband’s favorite game is Scrabble. And he is KING SCRABBLE of the house because not one of us can beat him and I have a very large family.
I do enjoy a great game of scrabble, I am not the best but I enjoy it
