Gifts for Outdoorsy Women
Wondering what gifts to get the hiker in your life? Want to give your outdoorsy loved ones something they’ll actually use? We’ve compiled a short list of gear that we think any active lady will appreciate!
Injinji Liner Crew Toesocks
Say goodbye to blisters! The Injinji Liner Crew can be worn alone or as protective base layer with your favorite outer layer sock for the best fit, feel, and performance inside any shoe. Each toe is wrapped in sweat-wicking material that provides superior moisture management and eliminates skin-on-skin friction, one of the primary causes of blisters. And when your toes are separated, properly aligned and splayed, your weight is distributed evenly on your feet, allowing your entire foot to be engaged in any activity.
The Tinkle Belle
Now this is the product I’ve been waiting for all my life. Nature doesn’t stop calling just because you’re not near a bathroom, and if you’ve ever dealt with squatting in the woods, you know it’s less than ideal. You’ve got to worry about what you might be brushing up against, whether any insects will attempt to make you their next meal, to whom you are giving a show, and it’s also the fastest way to be reminded of how tired your legs are and if it’s cold out that day. I’ve always been more than a little jealous of guys; they get to remain standing and don’t have to drop their drawers. The Tinkle Belle is a female urination device that fixes everything.
If you’ve never come across something like this, don’t be afraid; it’s anti-microbial, designed to fit your curves, and it happens to be pretty easy to use. You just slide your underwear over, and then put the Tinkle Bell in place by using the thumb rests to help achieve the correct position and create a good seal. Now you’re ready to relax and let it flow. When you’re done, apply gentle pressure as you pull it away, and it will catch any last drops, leaving you nice and dry. It really is that simple. The Tinkle Bell sheds liquid quickly, so when you’re finished, you can put it directly into it’s carrying case and clip it onto your pack. This is a game changer, and I don’t know how I’ve survived without the Tinkle Belle this long.

CamelBak Aurora Hydration Pack
Small but mighty, the Aurora is just the right size for essential gear and hydration with an 85 oz. reservoir. The interior features an elastic loop for your pump, plus organizer pockets to keep your tools in order. There’s also a stretchy external storage pocket for days when you need to pile on more gear. And the subtle reflective accents keep you visible in low-light situations. Women’s-specific design features a shorter back panel and an S-shaped harness that curves comfortably around your chest.
SABRE Frontiersman Bear Spray
SABRE offers Frontiersman Bear Spray for those who venture into bear country. Following EPA guidelines, Frontiersman contains the industry’s strongest formula (2.0% Major Capsaicinoids) and manufactures the only 9.2 ounce canister to fire up to 35 feet away—that’s up to 20 feet further than other bear sprays. The 7.9 ounce canister fires 30 feet—up to 15 feet further than other sprays. Since bears can cover over at least 30 feet per second, carrying Frontiersman within the very accessible hip holsters gives you a big advantage against an 800-pound charging animal.

I like the camel bak. That would be really useful during the summer months.
I love the socks. They would come in handy during the hiking and fishing.
I love toesocks, I know how weird that must sound but they are so comfy! These ones look amazing. This is a great list of items but definitely would hope never to have to use bear spray!
Those camelbacks are awesome! I had one forever ago but we loved it!
We bought that exact CamelBak, but not for hiking. My daughter uses it for cross-country running!
