Get Filtered Drinking Water Right from Your Faucet with Pfister Clarify Xtract!
Big thanks to Pfister for sending me a complimentary faucet to try and helping me be less wasteful. All opinions are 100% my own.
My family drinks a ton of water. I drink water all day long, and I’ve done my best to make sure my kids love water and always reach for it instead of sugary drinks. All that water really adds up, so it’s important that we have a way to keep filtered water in the house all the time.
I have a refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser, which I thought would take care of all our drinking water needs. Boy, was I ever wrong. What should be convenient is actually a huge pain. To fill up the 20 ounce bottles we all use, it takes… wait for it… one and a half minutes. One and a half minutes for a mere 20 ounces. That’s crazy! I’m embarrassed to admit it became so frustrating that I started buying bottled water, which is wasteful and unnecessary. What to do? Bring in the professional. And by professional, I mean a new Pfister faucet.
Pfister is probably a name you’re already familiar with, and if you associate their name with high quality and innovative products, you’d be right. Pfister is also the maker of the awesome faucet we’ve just added to our kitchen, the Stainless Steel Clarify Faucet with Xtract Technology.
This faucet is truly amazing. I am in love with it. I guess you know you’re an adult when you sing the praises of a water faucet, but I can now fill up my 20 ounce water bottle in NINE SECONDS. That’s a huge deal for me!
While I love the speed, it’s not just fast. Clarify provides healthy, great-tasting, filtered water straight from your kitchen faucet. It’s equipped with the GE 2X Highflow Filtration System, which reduces contaminants like pharmaceuticals, chlorine, lead, and cysts from your drinking water. The seamlessly integrated Xtract feature allows you to activate the filter mode by simply pushing the faucet handle backward (push forward for non-filtered). Clarify delivers water 2X faster than a conventional drinking water dispenser and completely eliminates the need for filter attachments, filter pitchers, or a separate drinking water spigot.
Additionally, this faucet is just gorgeous. It has a beautiful stainless steel finish, and a look that would work in any style of kitchen. It’s also easy to install; it only took my husband about 45 minutes from start to finish.
I give this faucet an enthusiastic two thumbs up, a 10/10, and a bright shiny gold star. If you’re in need of a water filtration solution that easily integrates right into your own faucet and speeds up your daily routine, this is the one for you. I drink water from the time I wake, til the time I go to bed. I use a filtered water pitcher. That gets expensive over time. I’d love to have the water filtered right from the faucet. Hopefully a giveaway item soon?
It looks almost exactly like the Pfizer one we have, but ours doesn’t filter the water. We had to add a second reverse osmosis system next to it for drinking water!

We have well water and so we do not need it filtered but my daughter lives in the city and I do not like to drink their water. She buys water but this would be a better option. I will suggest it to her.
I really should drink more water. The trouble is I find it so dull and uninspiring. I try not to go for the fizzy drinks but sometimes flavoured water wins out.

Such a beautiful faucet! I would love to quit paying for bottled water.
That is so convenient and think of all the plastic waterbottles saved!
My husband has been wanting to try this for years, but I’ve always been a little wary about giving it a try. After reading this stellar review though, I’m more willing to give it a go. This might just save us a fortune…and help the environment too 🙂 We buy wayyyy too much bottled water.
That is a gorgeous faucet! I wouldn’t mind washing all my dishes by hand so much if I had something that looked like that!!
What a lovely looking faucet! I can’t tell for sure, does the faucet have a sprayer that comes out?
