I am thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Kinsights to bring you an opportunity to win a $150 Amazon Gift Card.
Kinsights is a social network that is made just for parents like us! It’s designed to have your children’s health information or records sent to an ER or an out of town doctor within minutes. Kinsights is an online Pediatric Personal Healthcare Record Keeper for parents. Those days of being on vacation or out of town and not having personal documents or health records on hand are a thing of the past. You can organize your children’s growth, milestones, developments, medications, immunizations, allergies, and more!
Kinsights also offers a community where parents can ask a question, safely seek and share answers to parents questions. You can ask anything and Kinsights will find the right community member to provide the guidance or answers that are needed. With Kinsights, you have a place to go where you can get advice from other parents who have been right where you are. And this is so much easier and more convenient than wasting hours googling for the information. Everything you need is in one place.
Kinsights also offers groups with similar interests to their own pages which includes single parents, grandparents, groups of safety, fashion, potty training, and many more. One of the website features that I admire is how Kinsights makes finding the best answers easy. When the community members answer, the best content rises to the top. It’s convenient, easy to manage, and an excellent resource for all parents. I recommend all readers take a moment and check out this very informative Kinsights website.

I usually do research for the different hotels/malls/restaurants and attractions in the area.
I prepared by making a list of things to pack, finding local deals in the area I’m in and having google help me to find the best prices, deals & savings.
I first make a list of where we would like to go, then research online. Then I plan out a budget, packing list, etc.
Lots of planning and lists, maps, weather checks and first aid kit and emergency supplies and clothing for any kind of weather. I feel like I am planning the invasion of Normandy every time I go on vacation.
Could you please provide the link to follow Swankpov on Instagram ?

I make sure someone is available to take care of my pets while we’re gone.

I check out coupons for the place I’m traveling to.
I save some money every month so I can have enough to splurge when I”m on vacation.
Oh my, I’m “retired” from kids so now I LOVE to go on trips! Just love it. It was more a hassle with the kids, we would camp more than luxerate! Now I love to do nice hotels!
I plan way ahead. Have reservations everywhere. Stay in places with great breakfasts! I start packing a week ahead. I make lists and check things off.
We have always gone on vacations with our kids, never a trip without. It has always been wonderful & that’s what family vacations are for. But now the boys r 14 & 18 and we feel that we have earned a vacation without them. It will be hard but I know we have made a lot of wonderful memories with our kids & a trip here & there will be ok..
I look for deals on any places we might plan on going.
I like to go to sites on the internet that tell me about the place I’m going.
I make lists, lists, lists and lists of my lists.
I make sure to pack things to keep me entertained while we’re flying/driving. Music, movies, books, etc.
I ask friends who have been where I’m going for their recommendations.
Make a list and stick to it.
I like to find off-beat places before I go.
We have a list of places we went to go and it depends on vacation funds as to where we go!
My teen packs her own stuff now but I always have to tell her less is better! LOL
I save all my change in a jar for splurging things.
I try to find the best deals online and prefer places that are family friendly.
I make sure I have small bottles of shampoo and things to go thru airport security.
I pack for hubby and I and do it last minute as I hate packing. I pack light so it doesn’t take long!
