The Crabtree & Evelyn Holiday Collection Is Made with Magic
It’s barely December, but I’m already experiencing the skin issues that come with winter. As soon as the air loses humidity and gets colder and drier, you can count on my skin getting dry, especially my hands. Not only that, I find myself washing my hands even more frequently than normal to help defend against cold and flu season. My poor hands don’t stand a chance!
Because this is an issue I’ve dealt with for years, I’ve become something of a pro at finding the best hand creams. A good hand lotion should be rich and hydrating without feeling too watery, but it also shouldn’t feel greasy. Scent is important, too. I like scented lotions, but I want something subtle, not a cloying scent that will just make me want to wash my hands again to get rid of it.
That said, let me introduce you to some of the best hand creams out there: Ultra-Moisturizing Hand Therapy by Crabtree & Evelyn.
I’ve loved Crabtree & Evelyn since I was a kid. My aunt was a big fan and always kept a variety of their products on-hand. As I grew older, I started shopping at the local store and didn’t stop until it closed. Even though I don’t have a brick and mortar store near me, I can still order Crabtree & Evelyn products online. After I tell you about the hand cream gift sets they have for the holidays, I have a feeling you might want to place an order of your own!
There are several different hand therapy tins available in adorable holiday-themed packaging. You can choose from a number of options, like Fruit and Botanicals, Modern Floral, Countryside Florals, and more. I have the Best Sellers Hand Therapy Tin, which I think is perfect.
It comes with three Ultra-Moisturizing Hand Therapy creams: Gardeners, Rosewater, and La Source.
The Gardeners Hand Therapy is my personal favorite. It’s a delicious-smelling lotion that’s meant to tackle hardworking hands, and it lives up to its mission. Infused with macadamia nut oil and shea butter, it totally nourishes your hands without any oily or greasy build-up.
The Rosewater cream has a classic scent made from the “hundred petal” rose, touched with violet and peony. It’s delicate and lovely. Like Gardeners, Rosewater Hand Therapy is infused with macadamia nut oil and shea butter, and has the perfect, silky consistency I love.
La Source Hand Therapy is like a spa treatment at home. It has a clean scent, and it reminds me of the ocean. In fact, not only does it have the macadamia nut oil and shea butter combo, it also features mineral salts, seaweed, and algae extracts. That might sound weird, but it’s definitely not – those all have incredible skin-soothing benefits, and you’ll be thanking the ocean for its part in making this hand cream.
I also have a very special, limited edition Ultra-Moisturizing Hand Therapy scent: Sugar and Spice.
I am in love with this one, and I think I’ll get more before the holidays are over. It smells amazing. The scent features sugared clementine, champagne, and warm spices like clove, nutmeg, and cardamom. Not only does it smell awesome, it does wonders for my poor, dry hands, just like the whole of the Ultra-Moisturizing Hand Therapy line. Also, it comes in really cute Christmas cracker packaging.
Another nice thing about this line of hand creams is that they are all formulated without mineral oil, parabens, and propylene glycol, so you can feel good about using them. Additionally, they’re all infused with antioxidant-rich vitamin E plus myrrh extract, which conditions nails and cuticles.
There are a lot of scents to choose from aside from the ones I’ve featured, and I know you’ll find one that’s perfect for you or a lucky gift-recipient. And if you’re not sure which to choose, try a sampler pack or one of the holiday gift tins! Remember, the holiday-themed items are limited edition, so hop over to Crabtree & Evelyn to grab them before they’re gone. And check out the Crabtree & Evelyn Magical Holiday Collection for even more sets that are perfect for gift giving!

There is still a Crab Tree and Evelyns in a mall not too far from me. I always stop in that shop when there–I just have to walk in and try the products. I do love their hand creams and the delectable scents it comes in.

I am so glad I found this post and I appreciate you sharing it! I suffer from terrible dry skin all year long, but especially during the winter. My hands get so dry they literally hurt!
