This apple, berry, & banana smoothie recipe is great for breakfast! The applesauce adds just enough sweetness to balance the tartness of the berries, while eliminating the need to add sugar or honey.
Apple, Berry, & Banana Smoothie Recipe
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- ½ cup Applesauce
- ½ cup Frozen Blueberries
- ½ cup Frozen Mixed Berries
- ½ Banana
- 1 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Puree until smooth.
- Enjoy!
